Manchán Magan is an Irish Language enthusiast, broadcaster and documentary maker who has been baking two loaves a week for the last three years. He is not a professional baker but is looking forward to sharing all he knows about bread making at home. In 2018 he toured his show ‘Arán & Im’, a performance which explores the connections between the Irish language and sourdough bread making.
