March Yoga Brunch

Join Katie Sanderson and Lou Horgan for a two hour yoga workshop followed by brunch/lunch.

Lou’s classes if you are not already familiar with them are bound to make you float on air.

Food will be served in a beautifull dining room under the studio. A long drawn out brunch with plenty of different tastes and textures.

Think: fresh avocado with artichoke oil and amaranth popcorn, buckwheat granola with home cultured yoghurt, soft poached eggs with tamari aubergine and seaweed salad.
