In this workshop, Eithne will guide you through a 2 hour practice that includes Pranayama, Mantra Meditation and Asana practice. The practice will begin slowly and build into a beautiful flowing sequence, combining mantra and sun salutations. This is a unique opportunity to experience the power of mantra when practiced with asana, followed by meditation to connect with the still space that comes afterwards. Suitable for people with some yoga experience.
The practice will be followed by a lunch lovingly prepared by one of our Fumbally chefs. The food will match the yoga, seasonal, full of nourishment, good vibrations and sattvic qualities.
