Inspired by her mama’s Mexican home cooking, Jessica celebrates her culture’s culinary diversity to create a heart-warming dining experience.
Using both local and Mexican ingredients, the meal will offer five courses of modern Mexican cooking inspired by life and memories back home. With a combination of ancient techniques and a fresh approach, the menu will celebrate Mexico’s inspiring cuisine from Aguachile, to Sope, Mole, Pozole and loads more.
Jessica Sanchez has worked with us for over two years in The Fumbally Cafe making incredible mexican dishes on a regular basis.
