This will be the first event on home soil since Mark Moriarty won the San Pellegrino World Young Chef of the Year 2015 in Milan last June.

Teaming up again with chef Ciaran Sweeney, the pair will be presenting an interactive 8 course tasting menu with paired wines, from La Rousse Wines. The menu will include the signature dish of celeriac baked in barley and fermented hay, along with other modern interpretations of Irish food.

With unique wine pairings and an intimate venue, this promises to be a dinner to remember.
