4 Hands is the project of 2 chefs sharing their passion and interest for unique flavours and nutrition. 

Among them is Rose Greene, a talented and visionary chef who has previously run the kitchens of In De Wulf, Belgium and Coombeshead Farm, Cornwall. 

Their new business is diverse, they produce naturally fermented foods and drinks using chemical free and primarily local produce. They teach workshops in fermentation and sustainable foods. 
And finally they create exciting events to share their vision of the future of food. The focus is on produce grown following organic principles and regenerative agriculture.
