Part of our core focus in The Fumbally Stables is education. We want to learn more and we want to be able to pass on that knowledge to others.

We began an annual programme of workshops, talks, and events in 2015 which we simply titled ‘The Autumn Series’. In 2017 we expanded this Series, gave it its own website and renamed it EAT : ITH.  This programme of events runs over 6 weeks in September and October where the focus is on food, and the power food has as a connector, encompassing areas of community, sustainability and health. You can expect to find workshops on and similar to: fermentation, seaweed, butchery and beekeeping, aquaponics, wild food foraging, coffee tastings, biodynamic wine events, and cooperative food systems.
