Focusing on vegetarian healthy food, Katie will share some of her favorite recipes with you – kimchi, black sesame milk and amaranth popcorn. She will also be showing you how to make a dashi with handpicked Irish Seaweed, how to hack open a coconut to make the best dairy free desserts and much more….
There is a light lunch included, lots of tea and tasters throughout.
The workshop will last from 10am to 3ish.
