4TH SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH
The yoga + lunch classes will take a slightly different format for 2018. They will start with an hour long yoga practice followed by a half hour of reflective practice – something that we don’t always allow ourselves in a shared space. This may be in the form of a guided meditation, a mantra or a reflection exercise. This will be followed by a light lunch served in the comfort of the yoga room.
This class is suitable to all levels.
The lunch is always vegetarian and health focused.
And the day as relaxed as you would like it to be – it is a Saturday after all.
OUR YOGA TEACHERS
Our Fumbally Stables yoga teachers are Eithne Kennedy and Katie Coldrick. Between them they have over 20 years of teaching experience in both floor and reflective practice. Ethane teaches regular yoga and meditation classes on a Monday and Katie gives classes on a Wednesday evening and pregnancy yoga on a Saturday morning.
After yoga there will be a set lunch brought up to you in the studio . The dishes will be prepared by one of the Fumbally family and will be predominantly plant based, colourful, nourishing and plentiful – made for sharing.
