Katie Sanderson is doing a hands-on workshop in pickles, ferments and preserves.

Expect to be making homemade vinegar, Korean kimchi, Indian aubergine pickle. Big jars of preserved citrus and much more.

The workshop hopes to introduce you to some tricks and treats for expanding the kitchen pantry and inspire you to build it up for quick connivence and adding that little extra to home-cooked food.

A tasty lunch of dahl with pickles & chutney will be served with hot tea.

Note: You will have lots of jars and concoctions made during the day to take home (probably too many to carry).
