Angus Denoon will be holding residency in The Stables for the month of November, to put together a new book of recipes.

The book ties together what he has learnt from the Kolkottan streets of how to make tasty, cheap, nutritious food, putting it into a Western style cooking situation that can inform, empower and transform.

Every day he will work on a new dish and on Wednesday evenings he invites you to come and taste, explore, learn about the dish and give feedback. This is a collective process.

Dishes will be cheap.

This is a free event however, if you feel like contributing to the series a donation of €5 – 10 (or whatever you feel) would be very welcome.
