Let’s think about the food we eat. Let’s work with the idea of making one small change in our diet. Why? Because food is our fuel and our medicine. Because one small change is achievable. Small changes to your diet can have big impacts on you.
If you’re done with the quick fix mentality that delivers little more than a deflated bank balance and misguided intentions Claire Gardiner and Anne Marie Downey from KickStart will demonstrate something different; not just the external but also the internal tools that can help you make sustainable changes. And it all starts with breakfast.
They will demonstrate simple healthy breakfasts that you can whip up in no time. Claire will explain the nutritional value of the ingredients and Anne Marie will work with you on identifying the triggers that can have you catapulting for that croissant in the morning.
This workshop is informed by Anne Marie and Claire’s work with people from KickStart, their own life experiences and research from psychology and neuropsychology.
Class size is limited to 15 people.

Claire is a qualified herbalist and naturopath who carefully curates and creates the all natural Dublin Herbalists Skincare Range. Anne Marie is a cheerleader for change who combines life as a DJ with being a pharmacist and creator; she uses her experience and education of addiction to help people evolve their relationship with food.
Together they run KickStart a 6 week course for change where participants receive an individually tailored programme to help them achieve the change they want. Kickstart came together organically when Claire and Anne Marie recognised the potential of a combined focus on the body and mind for instigating long lasting and real change.
They have been named as one of the 30 people in Ireland making life better by the Irish Times in August 2015.
