Fumbally chef turned baker, Shane Palmer has spent the last year in San Francisco working in some of the world’s finest Bakeries. He will be hosting an interactive workshop on all things bread in the Stables Kitchen.

As well as learning all about the flour, fermentation and helpful habit of bread making, the workshop will also include a seasonal dinner and plenty of take home mother culture to ensure each participant has the tools to get baking brilliant bread at home. 

Shane will show you how to fit into the rhythm of regular bread making and enjoy the simple but rewarding pleasure that come from this time honoured tradition. This bread nourishes the soul in so many ways

The ticket price includes the light dinner, notes and take-home starter culture. Places are limited.

Participants are required to bring a medium sized plastic mixing bowl for their dough, and a tea towel that they don’t mind getting flour on, to bring the bread home to bake the following day.
