The 2015 Autumn Series is a programme of educational workshops, talks, and events this coming autumn which will run between mid September and the end of November. The focus will be on food, and the power food has as a connector, and will encompass areas of community, sustainability and health.
The programme will see a host of events, from workshops on fermentation, seaweed, butchery and beekeeping, to aquaponics, wild food foraging, coffee tastings, biodynamic wine events, and cooperative food systems.
As part of The Series we will also be hosting a residency with Angus Denoon who will be working on a new recipe book and a document surrounding the deterioration of ‘snack food’ in modern society. He will be in residence in the Stables for three weeks at the beginning of November and will be hosting open tastings of his Indian dishes on Wednesday evenings. More info on this to come.
